Product design & DFM
Develop the geometry and assembly interfaces around what the part needs to do. Review process choice, wall sections, tool access, fits and fabrication constraints before production.
FDM 3D printing
Build orientation, support strategy, layer direction and material requirements are considered together, with the intended function guiding geometry and process decisions.
Resin printing
Fine-detail parts, with support placement, washing, curing and post-processing requirements included in the discussion. Suitability depends on the material and application.
CNC machining
Machined parts developed around material, datums, tool access, workholding, surface requirements and agreed dimensions. Feasibility, tolerances and inspection requirements are confirmed per job.
